Digital Delivery Only

Leather Hub sells digital products only — all patterns and templates are delivered electronically. We do not ship any physical items, and therefore no shipping charges apply to any order.

1. How Delivery Works

Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive:

  • An order confirmation email
  • A secure download link to access your digital file(s), sent to the email address provided at checkout

Delivery is instant in most cases. If you do not receive your download link within 15 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting us.

2. Access to Your Files

  • Download links may be time-limited or have a limited number of downloads, depending on our digital delivery app settings
  • We recommend downloading and saving your files to a secure location (such as your computer or cloud storage) as soon as you receive them
  • If you lose access to your file, contact us and we will assist you

3. Email Accuracy

Please double-check your email address at checkout. Leather Hub is not responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect email address provided by the customer.

4. No Physical Shipping

As all our products are digital downloads, the following do not apply to purchases from Leather Hub:

  • Shipping fees
  • Delivery tracking numbers
  • International shipping restrictions
  • Customs or import duties
